How do I access ReimbursementCodes?

ReimbursementCodes can be accessed with your username and password by clicking the “login” button at the top. If you do not have an account sign up for a free trial. If your organization already has an account on ReimbursementCodes and you need access, please email info@reimbursementcodes.com to ask for access.

What is included in a Free Trial?

With your Free Trial, you will receive full access to ReimbursementCodes at the Essential License level. The Essential License includes access to all ReimbursementCodes data.

The Free Trial is limited to 4 days or 20 searches (whichever comes first). You do not need to input any credit card information before signing up for a Free Trial.

Are there any setup fees?

There are no setup fees to access ReimbursementCodes. We offer a free demo and training videos of ReimbursementCodes once you sign up for a free trial.

How long will I have access to ReimbursementCodes with a license?

Your license to ReimbursementCodes is for 1-year. You will be billed annually.
