RJ Health Systems is very pleased to announce that Paul D. Rector will take over as CEO, effective November 16, 2015. Mr. Rector previously joined RJ Health Systems in February 2015 as Executive Vice President, Sales and Business Development. With 20 years of sales, marketing, and product development experience across healthcare, media, financial services and education technology, Mr. Rector is a Software as a Service (SaaS) veteran with a successful track record of driving recurring revenue growth through new, repositioned, and/or overhauled marketing initiatives. “Paul’s background is uniquely suited to the Company’s mission of delivering data-driven solutions to clients seeking greater control of their specialty drug spend,” says Kelly DeKeyser, RJ Health Systems retiring CEO who will remain with the company as an advisor on the Board of Directors. “Paul is a career-long master of business development, having served prior to RJ Health Systems as a Chief Revenue Officer with experience in client development, marketing, and team building. He’s done all of that in technology forward companies, such as E-Trade and Viacom and an early stage, fast growth SAAS company, Renzulli Learning. Paul has been an outstanding EVP of Business Development at RJ Health Systems and has proven himself to be more than worthy of this opportunity.” Prior to joining RJ Health Systems, Mr. Rector served as Chief Revenue Officer for Engage121 where he led the design and execution of the company’s Channel, Enterprise, and SMB sales strategy. Before that, he was the Chief Revenue Officer at Heartland Publications and was a mentor to early-stage Yale Entrepreneurial Institute and Connecticut Innovations start-ups. Previously Paul was Vice President and Founding Partner of Renzulli Learning, a University of Connecticut spin-out, where he created and led a SaaS sales and support operation and successfully exited after five years. Mr. Rector has also held VP of Business Development positions at Viacom and E*TRADE Financial.
